For higher-value bids we need to know who's behind the offer. This protects developers from fraud and you from disputes.

Apply for a tier

Tier 0 (no KYC) lets you bid up to RM 500. Tier 1 raises that to RM 5,000. Tier 2 removes the cap.

Tier 1 — Basic

Up to RM 5,000. Name, DOB, ID number + photo of your IC / passport.

Tier 2 — Full

Unlimited bidding. Adds a selfie and a residential address.

Privacy. Your ID image, selfie, and address proof are stored on Zenara Jaya servers behind admin-only access. They are never shown publicly, never shared with sellers, and are auto-purged 12 months after KYC expires unless you re-verify. Your ID number is hashed (SHA-256) before storage; we do not retain it in plain text.
