Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered features inside our client platforms — from intelligent intake forms and triage agents to forecasting models and analytics layers. You'll own the technical direction and ship in production within weeks.
Design, evaluate, and iterate on the prompts and agent flows that power our client products. You'll turn fuzzy business goals into reliable LLM behaviour, with measurable evals and graceful fallbacks. This is craft work — every word counts.
Build end-to-end features across our React / Next.js / Node.js stack — from clean, accessible interfaces to robust APIs and PostgreSQL schemas that don't fall over at 3 AM. You'll own features from spec to ship.
Lead the mobile track for client apps — iOS and Android — with a focus on offline-first, push-ready, low-bandwidth-friendly experiences. The kind of apps that work on a 4G signal at the edge of a kampung.
Translate client needs into clean, calm, conversion-friendly interfaces. You'll move between brand, web, and product surfaces — designing systems that scale across multiple client engagements without losing personality.
Own the delivery loop on multiple client engagements — scope, schedule, communication, and quality. You'll be the bridge between clients and the build team, the person who keeps Mondays calm and Fridays satisfying.
