Mini Games — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the free browser-based mini-games (Bunny Harvest, Wolf Pandana, and any future titles) and related services (accounts, leaderboards, donations) operated by Zenara Jaya on zenarajaya.com. By creating an account or playing, you accept these terms in full.

1. Parties & definitions

"We", "us", "our", or "the Platform" means the operators of the Zenara Jaya Mini Games service hosted at zenarajaya.com/mini-game.html and its sub-paths (including /bunny-harvest/ and /wolf-pandana/). "You", "your", or the "Player" means the individual accessing or using the Platform.

"Account" means the registered profile a Player creates in order to play. "Donation" means a voluntary monetary contribution made through the Platform, governed by the separate Donation Terms.

2. Eligibility & account

The Platform is offered for general entertainment. By using it, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian who has read and accepted these terms on your behalf.
• You will register an Account with a valid email address before playing. Guest play is not offered. Your registered display name is the name that appears in lobbies, leaderboards, and match recaps.
• You will keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity on your Account.
• You will not register more than one Account for the purpose of evading bans, gaming rankings, or any conduct prohibited under these terms.

We may refuse, suspend, or delete any Account at our sole discretion, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or threats to the Platform or other Players.

3. Licence to play

Subject to your continued compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, royalty-free licence to access and play the games for non-commercial entertainment purposes. The licence does not transfer ownership of any part of the Platform.

4. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, automated tools, bots, scripts, packet manipulators, memory editors, or any third-party software that gives you an unfair gameplay advantage or interferes with match outcomes for other Players.
• Exploit bugs to gain advantage instead of reporting them. If you find an exploit, please report it via the in-game ⚠ Report flow.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, or send abusive messages to other Players. Display names that contain slurs, sexual content, threats, or impersonation of staff are prohibited.
• Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse-engineer any non-public part of the Platform; intercept or modify network traffic between the client and our servers; probe for vulnerabilities; or run denial-of-service activity.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose, including under Malaysian law.

5. User content & display names

You retain ownership of any content you submit (your display name, in-game reports, optional feedback). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as required to operate the Platform — for example, showing your display name on a leaderboard or processing your bug report.

You represent that any content you submit (especially display names) does not infringe a third party's rights and complies with the conduct rules above. We may edit, replace, or remove any display name or submitted content that breaches these rules without notice.

6. Donations

Donations are entirely voluntary, are not a fee for any service, are non-refundable, and grant the donor no in-game advantage, no leaderboard preference, and no additional access. Donations are processed under the separate Donation Terms, which form part of these terms by reference.

7. Intellectual property

All software, source code, art, animations, audio, written text, layouts, designs, and trade marks on the Platform are owned by Zenara Jaya or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, host, sublicense, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under the licence in section 3.

Third-party assets used under public licences (e.g. open-source libraries, royalty-free sound effects) remain the property of their respective owners; attribution where required is provided in our public repositories.

8. Service availability & changes

The Platform is provided as a free, hobby-scale service. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, latency targets, save-data persistence, leaderboard preservation, or compatibility with any specific device or browser. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, leaderboard, or the entire Platform at any time, with or without notice. Match data, donation totals shown in your profile, scarves, skins, and skill loadouts may be reset, migrated, or wiped during balancing, schema changes, or anti-cheat sweeps.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted operation.

The Platform is purely cosmetic entertainment. It is not a gambling service, does not involve real-money wagers, does not offer prizes, and any "credits", "scores", "ranks", "perfect runs", or "donor badges" displayed have no monetary value and are not redeemable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, in no event shall we (including our directors, employees, contractors, and partners) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, lost progress, lost donations, lost goodwill, or lost opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed RM 10 (ten Malaysian ringgit) or the total amount of donations you have actually made through the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) your misuse of the Platform; (c) any content you submit; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform — with or without notice and without refund — for any reason, including breach of these terms or to protect the Platform or other Players. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability cap, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

13. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sarawak, Malaysia. Before commencing legal action, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days by written correspondence.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page and, for material changes, post a notice on /mini-game.html or notify you through the Platform. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
